about

Ohh man, this took so long to upload.

Home is by far the biggest album I have ever made, 17 tracks, 74 minutes. Home is dedicated to lockdown in New Zealand. I started making this album in mid-April and finished in around June. During the time making Home I was having a pretty terrible time at school because I was being neglected and ignored by my friends and the people around me, I was also somewhat mean to people and I was just a toxic person., I wouldn't say I was depressed, but I was going through a lot. Making it has helped me a little bit by bringing me away from all the problems I had with everything.

A lot of the tracks on here are very spaced out and sad/melancholic. I don't think that was the feel I was going for on this album but it worked well so I decided to just stick with the feeling. Making music also widely depends on my emotions. If I'm feeling sad, I can either make a full track just like that or I can barely lay down a single note. It all depends on my emotions, and I'm super okay with that.

I'm super proud of this album because it perfectly symbolizes me and what I felt while making this album. And at the time of updating this (February 2021), I am okay now! Everything is back to normal and I'm not sad or toxic anymore.
